There are opportunities for firms in the United Kingdom to conduct business on behalf of Nemesis as the directly FCA authorised firm. Nemesis is responsible for the Appointed Representative and ensures it meets all FCA requirements.

The appointed representative model simplifies the process of offering regulated financial services by the firm. It gives access to Nemesis expertise in Compliance, Risk Management and Operational support including Nemesis portfolio management systems.

Nemesis will conduct full due diligence before onboarding an Appointed Representative and verify their financial stability and competence.
